Prepaid orders over ₹999 rupees are shipped to you for FREE on all Medcart Healthcare products. Orders that total less than or equal to ₹998 have a ₹59 shipping price for all of India. Please see Medcart's shipping and returns policy for additional details.

It will take 3–7 days for your order to arrive from the time of shipment. Please be aware that if you ordered multiple goods, they can come in different shipments. The indicated delivery timeframes are only estimates, and there may occasionally be unforeseen delays that are out of our control. In the event of any delays, we will keep you updated. Note in the case of COVID-19, like Pandamic: You might encounter modest delivery delays due to the high demand for our products in India and changes in shipping partners' procedures to protect their employees and consumers. If that's the case, we'll let you know right away.

We will make every effort to deliver your products to you by the scheduled delivery dates. Please contact us at healthcaremedcart@gmail.com if the shipment has not arrived at your address by the scheduled delivery date. We will address your concern as quickly as possible.

You will receive an email after your order has been shipped out with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. 24 - 48 hours after your order is shipped from our Mumbai warehouse, you can check the status of your package.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery by emailing healthcaremedcart@gmail.com. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, with all tags intact, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours with photos. To begin a return, please reach out to our customer support team.

Once your return request is received via email, our team will guide you through the process. A courier partner will collect the item within 5–7 business days. After the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes inspection by our quality control team. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Changed your mind after placing an order? No worries! Medcart Healthcare allows cancellations or modifications WITHIN 24 HOURS of order confirmation (excluding weekends) and ONLY IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED. You can cancel via the order status page (linked after checkout and in your email) or the order editing page. If the order is marked as fulfilled or has any fulfillment added, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund is processed to your original payment method. Please note that from the time the return is picked up, the entire process—including transit and quality check—typically takes up to 7-10 days.
